-Puree the dates in a blender or food processor.
-In a mixing bowl, combine date puree with oatmeal, ground almonds or hazelnuts, fresh blueberry, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
-Mix all the ingredients well to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
-Create energy balls by breaking off walnut-sized pieces from the mixture you prepared and rolling them with your hands.
-Place the energy balls on a tray and let them rest in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. This will make the balls firmer and more consistent.
